Once we have more details on your car we can make you a guaranteed offer, this is the amount we would pay you on collection. We don�t have any hidden costs to deduct from this. Once we have agreed a deal to buy your car, we agree a convenient day and tie to come and collect it. Our drivers are independent and are not sent to start to try and renegotiate the deal we have agreed on. Providing you have been honest in the description of your car (service history, any dents, scuffs or scratches) then there is no reason for us to attempt to reduce our offer.
We can pay any outstanding finance off in full, with any balance paid directly to you. If there is a shortfall on your finance you can pay this to us by either debit or credit card. If there is no finance on the vehicle we will pay the amount we agreed to buy your car for, directly into your bank. Our drivers will then wait with you until you are able to check this is in your bank account before we leave with your car.
